We also meet for Yoga every other Saturday of the month at Creditvale Mills.

Yoga encourages overall health and wellness

Sahara Senior Services will also be thanking the students with appreciation certificates for sharing their knowledge with seniors and teaching them how to use new technology.

Every year we had been collecting $ 5 from those members who wish to participate and collectively get them registered and bring the kits and distribute to the members.
